Description

NS ARC Tru-Core® MC 70C Welding Wire is a metal-cored, gas-shielded electrode intended for gas metal arc welding with shielding gas blends of 75-95% Argon/Carbon Dioxide. It is designed to weld carbon steels and certain low alloy steels in applications demanding higher productivity and requiring a minimum of 70,000 psi tensile strength.

Tru-Core® MC 70C Metal-Cored Welding Wire

NS ARC Tru-Core® MC 70C metal-cored welding wire is a gas-shielded electrode that provides superb consistency with high-quality end results for users of E70C-6M H4 and E70C-3M H4 wire. Designed for gas metal arc welding with shielding gas blends of 75-95% argon and balance carbon dioxide, this welding wire is the perfect choice for applications demanding higher productivity and requiring a minimum of 70,000 psi tensile strength.

Our Tru-Core® MC 70C welding wire comes with a range of superior characteristics, including excellent mechanical properties, flat bead geometry, and smooth arc transfer, while also providing high deposition and being automation-friendly. These characteristics make our welding wire ideal for several applications, like structural welding, agricultural equipment, pressure vessels, and more.

The center of this tubular welding wire is made up of entirely metallic powders, allowing the electrode to perform like a solid wire. This feature ensures the wire performs exceptionally well, providing you with quality results every time. Also designed to offer superior feedability, our metal-cored welding wire saves you time and money for a highly efficient and cost-effective solution. The flat bead geometry helps to create an even surface and prevent any issues with the weld.

Tru-Core® MC 70C metal-cored welding wire is a reliable welding consumable that promotes increased productivity and improved weld quality. It’s the ideal choice for a variety of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, construction, and so much more. If you would like more information on our heavy-duty metal-cored welding wire or any of our other types of welding wire, please contact our team. One of our experts would be more than happy to guide you through your next welding project with the right filler metal in hand.
